Route Guide Welcome to Road to Nowhere's Route Guide, the largest section within the website. This is a growing feature, listing junction information of the major trunk roads and primary routes of Great Britain (with the odd other road thrown in). Each Route Guide comes complete with a fact file, detailing start and end points, primary destinations, length, the primary routes and motorways the road meets, and (where available) construction dates. This is followed by an exit list strip map for that particular road.
An advisory notice: A new feature is the introduction of "Corridor" Route Guides, where sections of a number of roads come together to form a single route, such as the A494, A550 and A5117 grouping to form the Welsh Road. This will allow individual roads to be separated into their own Route Guides so these roads can be shown in full (or, if not in full, then at least more of the road). below to view the information on
that particular route. Note: some minor access points and turnings have been omitted from the maps

Key to Maps
This is a continually expanding section, with more roads to be added on a regular basis. Route Guides are only added once the fact file has been compiled, and a least some of the map completed. |
